Unimedic Pharma’s privacy policy describes how and why we collect, use, disclose and store your personal data. You should always feel secure when you submit your personal information to us.
Through our privacy policy, we show how we guarantee that your personal data is processed as required by law.

You always have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have stored about you
  • Request that they be corrected or deleted
  • Withdraw your consent in whole or in part

Personal data processor

Unimedic Pharma AB, organization number 556557–9967, is responsible for all processing of personal data within Unimedic Pharma’s operations.

What is personal data?

All information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a physical, living person is considered by law as personal data. For example, names, email addresses, photos, and IP addresses.

What personal information do we collect and why?

Newsletter

If you want to keep in touch with us and receive emails, information, invitations, and news, we need your e-mail. When you register, you also give your consent for us to send you e-mails. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time.

Customer information

We only collect and store personal information, from existing and future customers, necessary for us to fulfil our agreement. For example, company information, contact persons and how to reach them. The information is saved during the time of collaboration and up to 24 months after the collaboration has ended.

Adverse events, reporting and complaints

We are legally obliged to receive and handle adverse events, reporting and complaints for Unimedic Pharma’s products and it is handled in accordance with current legislation.

Seminar, lectures, and trainings

When registering for an event, we need your contact information to be able to send booking confirmation and invoice and to be able to carry out the event itself. We only use the information for as long as the Accounting Act requires.

Recruitment and possible new employment

To be able to handle job applications, possible new hires, and our employees, we need personal information, such as name, email address, social security number and physical address.

When hiring new employees, we use the information to be able to complete or end the recruitment process. In legal parlance, it is stated that it is in our legitimate interest to collect the information in this context. We save recruitment documents for 24 months from the time they are submitted.

Co-worker

Information about employees is only used to fulfil our obligations under the employment contract and to comply with rules in law and collective bargain agreement. Information about former employees is saved only to meet legal requirements in the Accounting Act. We delete other information.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. We use cookies mainly to improve and analyse your experience on our websites and for marketing purposes. We respect your right to privacy, and you can at any time choose not to allow different cookies. Blocking certain types of cookies can have a negative impact on the experience on the website and limit the services we can offer.

Analysis tools

We use the statistics tool Google Analytics to measure and analyse traffic and user behaviour on our site. By evaluating the information, we can develop the web content and our offer. We only use anonymised data in the analysis.

LinkedIn

We use a tag from LinkedIn. This works as an analysis tool to be able to offer information / ads adapted to your own areas of interest from social networks.

Film and photo

We may take photos when we conduct trainings, seminar, customer- and internal events to document and show case our business. Pictures that might be published on our site or social channels such as LinkedIn. If you want a photo of you deleted, please contact us at info@unimedicpharma.se.

Who has the information?

We have suppliers called personal data processors, who help us with, for example IT services, recruitment systems and sales tools. When necessary – and only then – we share your personal information with them. For these suppliers, we have a personal data processor agreement that regulates their use of information according to our instructions.

According to law, we may also need to share the information with government authority.

Where do we process your data?

We have systems and internal processes to ensure that all the information we process is protected from unauthorized use. Only necessary employees, have access to the personal data we store.

Our goal is to process your personal data within the EU / EES, but if one of our suppliers is established or stores information in other countries, we only share your personal data on a strictly needs-based basis.

Where do we get your personal information from?

In addition to the personal information, you provide to us, we may receive information that is publicly available from third parties such as LinkedIn to handle recruitment processes. In these situations, we will notify you and your consent is needed for saving the information.

Changes in the data privacy policy

We may need to make changes to our policies due to, for example, changes in laws, directives, ordinances, or case law that we do not control. The latest version can always be found at unimedicpharma.se.

Information, correction, and deletion

You have the right to access the personal data we handle and store about you. You can also correct, supplement, and delete information that is not needed for legal reasons. If you want a register extract, your signature is needed, and you therefore need to send your request by physical letter.

Keep in mind that in some cases we cannot delete your personal data directly due to legal reasons.
